Avocado Smoothie [Dairy free, Grains free, Sugar free, Paleo, Vegetarian]

A vegetarian smoothie delight in this antioxidant rich, healthy breakfast or pre-workout snack, even a healthier alternative dessert option, that provides a palate pleasing treat. The combination of coconut milk, blended with the avocado, raw baby spinach, refreshing fresh lime juice and raw honey with crushed ice, is a nutritious smoothie combination that is an easy and quick make. The addition of more than half a cup of coconut milk, with crushed ice may deliver a delicious tasting Avo milkshake!

1 Avocado, ripe, small
½-¾ cup coconut cream or coconut milk (sugars free)
1 cup baby spinach (loosely packed, raw)
1 tblsp raw honey
Juice of 1 fresh lime
½ cup ice cubes OR 1 cup crushed ice
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender, and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy! 🙂
