It’s gotten better!

WOW! I slept and entire 8 hours last night!!! Unbelievable but it happened. I was so in my element when I awoke at 5am this morning, positively revived after a good nights sleep and I’m positive that the working of the Spa contributed to this. My body may also be equalising with the Phentermine that’s now probably very well absorbed into my system and I’m hoping that this becomes the regular pattern.

Breakfast this morning consisted of cucumber, lettuce and tomato on health bread with green tea, I had downed three cups of green tea prior to breakfasting. And had a litre of water for today, which is good with it being Sunday. The major focus of the day has been planning my meals while I’m away and getting my NY bearings in order so that I know which corner deli’s to avoid…I’m thinking Wholefoods right now, and that gels well with my eating plan. But everything’s big in the US, big cities, big people, big food….you get the picture? LOL!

Lunch was grilled lemon pepper hake and a quarter cup lentils with brinjal with green tea. Around 5pm I got a bit peckish…a first in 4 days and gave in to a large pickled Jalepeno chilli on a slice of crushed wheat and bran bread with light margarine…it sated me until my dinner which I just completed of a grilled wild salmon steak and half a can of samp and beans…which has been very filling.

I’ve got loads to complete tonight, including still sorting out which piece of luggage accompanies me on my trip and that’s giving me nightmares….also I intend travelling light as I always seem to overdo it with packaging too much clothing, half of which never sees it’s way out of my bag…so it’s posing major challenges for me at this stage. Hubby says, whatever I need and don’t carry, I can get over there…ja right!

It’s weigh in tomorrow after completing day 5 of Duromine and I’m past the point of obsessing over the scale…the phen forums indicate that people lose weight on Phentermine but that’s because most seem to be near starving and in the process messing up their metabolism….and that the full effect of the drug is only realised after two to three weeks…I hope that I’m able go through the full course and attest to it’s effectiveness, wholly…time will tell I guess.

So it’s still up and over for me, I CAN DO THIS…
