To Phentermine or not to Phentermine…

that is the big question that’s plaguing me for the past few nights…. Information overload on the www is driving me batty….and I guess the side effects of this stimulant is relative to the individual? Still I have nagging thoughts on attempting a drug to help suppress the appetite…as a kickstart it should work wonders but I worry about the addictive nature of this “speed-likened” semi-wonder drug and I wonder if it’s worth the effort in asking my brain to coax my stomach into thinking that it’s had enough to eat….creating a false sense of fullness?

I’ll probably still be pondering these questions late into tonight and I hope I’ll be wiser in my decision by tomorrow morning….the next few hours are critical for me then?

The eating plan has been going fairly well since Sunday I suppose. I am somehow gravitating towards eating veggies as protein and it creates a fuller feelilng, which is a good thing by as TOM is still threatening to visit, I am uncomfortably bloated presently and I wish this week would hasten and be over with.

Hubby and I are off for a much needed R&R day at a day spa this Saturday on the north west outskirts of the city, for an entire day of pampering and I so wish that I was a few kilo’s lighter to take full advantage of the jacuzzi and hot springs….I cannot be seen dead in bathing suit right now and I may just have to settle for my gym outfit, which is not too revealing but conmfortable enough to relax in the jacuzzi with….i’m thinking next year this time, I so want to be at least more than halfway to my goal or even at goal itself….but time will tell I guess.

So, I need to think this Duromine thing through and come to a decision bright and early tomorrow morning….
