Time of the month is upon me and somehow I cannot get this eating thing right during this time….as a result I find food that I wouldn’t normally eat even on off-plan days, suddenly very attractive and my taste buds are doing a tango on every “forbidden” food. My mom’s visiting this weekend and the PreMenstrual Eating Syndrome is at it’s worse….I’m also stress eating as I think I’m apprehensive about my looming travels and leaving the kids for over a week….then getting back for two days and leaving again for four days…so I imagine it’s a load of guilt eating that’s happening now and it’s not something that I regret, but more that it’s taken me off track and it’s annoying me. I’ll probably take on the “regulated” eating again tomorrow, as somehow Sunday’s always seem to be the days that I get my groove back….so I’ll be updating on my “restart” once again!
